First things first. We don’t have a patented method. Every one of our clients is different, and we treat them as such.

That said, we do think it’s important to start by defining what makes you you. This is where we learn all about you. Who you are, what you do, why you do it. You’ll probably end up learning a little bit about yourself too.

We come out with what we call a brand platform. Don’t worry, this isn’t overblown, pie-in-the-sky strategy. It simply defines what you stand for, how this sets you apart, and why your audience should care. And it gives us our starting point.

Now we know what you’re all about, we get thinking about how we can turn this into a compelling narrative. A story that will resonate with your audience. We think and explore, test and re-test. What emerges is an idea. It’s usually a simple idea. But it’s an idea that ties everything together, uniting who you are, what you do and what you believe in. We then work this idea into a strong, cohesive identity. This isn’t just how you look. It’s how you speak. How you sound. How you act. We define your visual personality, your tone of voice, your digital strategy. From here, we develop the engaging, integrated narrative that goes out into the world.
